Hogwarts began their Victorian topic with a big bang which saw the children take on the role of a school child during the Victorian era.
The boys enjoyed their PE drills and technical drawing session where they had to draw Queen Victoria. Meanwhile, the girls enjoyed practicing their sewing skills and baking shortbread (which were exquisite). They ended their day by creating a Victorian house out of clay! It was a fun day. All the children understood how different and difficult school was for a child in Victorian times (and they didn't even experience the physical punishment!)
