The children have all contributed to the Caythorpe banner, which will be a central piece of the Caythorpe celebrations of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee during the extended bank holiday weekend. Thank you to Mrs Bartholomew who was commissioned with the task or organising the banner for the village. We can’t wait to see the recreated photo from the event. All the children can feel a part of the making of Caythorpe history.
The children have all received a commemorative mug kindly donated by the Caythorpe and Frieston Parish Council. Parish Council Chairman Neil Fritzsche and Mr Andy Roberts parish councillor responsible for organising the mugs presented the children their mugs at Friday’s celebration assembly.
