Hogwarts topic for the term is “How can we beat climate change."
To start the topic the children have been taking part in the project ‘Beat the Flood’. Their challenge was to build a strong, waterproof home that would be able to withstand torrential rain and a flood. The children co-operated brilliantly in their teams and gave clear explanations for the purpose of each element of their houses. We then tested the children’s designs using a simulated flood.
